They updated the look. I have it on my Roku TV but I can't fast forward a rewind and when I do it freezes it up I have to completely exit and it's probably the worst app I've ever seen. So how about fixing it folks!

Redownloaded the app from app store. It is working great!! Able to move cursor to go forward or back. Very happy

I want to give this app 5 stars but I can't due to the inability to rewind & fast forward. In this day/time, noone has time to watch a movie all over again just to start where they previously left off in order to finish it. Is there a reason why this hasn't been updated?

Like the other reviews. I love the content. Not having the fast forward or rewind option on the app is frustrating. Fix the app

NO STARS for me. I was a customer but the lack of rewind and forward made me cancel my subscription, which was about $80 at the time. They DO NOT prorate either. I had to wait for the end of the subscription even though I wasn't watching the channel. It's a shame that they don't care to FIX the app, which people have been complaining for years. It's unheard of that you have to watch a movie without the SIMPLE forward/rewind. If they decide to do something about it, I MAY be back.

Well I was going to get this, but the problems people are having. I'm not going to get this. fix your stuff or your going to lose people. first the plan seem high priced. And not being able to fast forward or rewind is crazy. I say this because I have kids. at any Moment I have to tend to them. Sorry prefix. Not for me.

Not able to fast forward to where I left off is very frustrating…..Is there any way to modify or correct this? Otherwise I have to start the movie an hour before I plan to watch it again and finish it? I’m reading so many complaints about this….Is there anyway to make a change so we don’t have to go through the whole movie again before picking up where we left off?

Five stars for content, zero stars for lack of rewind/fast forward. I just had to restart the movie I was watching. It wouldn't "continue" where I left off, it just started over and there is no fast forward. Come on, Pure Flix. You can do better than this! TOO MANY people have complained about this issue. Where's the fix? If you value your customers, you'll fix this ASAP because as others have pointed out, it's pretty much a deal breaker, I hate to say.

Love the content but have to agree with everyone’s comments about lack of fast forward/rewind feature. They’re losing a lot of customers because of it. Too bad.

Having to re watch entire movie is not enjoyable if you get interrupted. Please fix the problem.

Trying the review once again ... of course I cannot edit my previous comment. Here goes: I literally JUST started the 7-day trial and am going to cancel it NOW! Interaction is horrible ... WHAT, no rewind?! Not even worth the trial let along a subscription! BAD CHRISTIAN WITNESS! Being deceitful is NOT cute nor GODLY!

My one week trial just ended using the AppleTV App, I find out I can’t rewind, can only not-so-fast forward 2x speed, and doesn’t show what I watched last.

Same review fast forward and rewind? Fix it! Want us to be lifetime members but simple controls don’t work. :(

Love the content - will keep it but please improve the fast forward and rewind options as well as the ability to resume. Two times it has just restarted at the beginning on me and now it will take an hour to fast forward this slowly to where I stopped watching (just before the end). Overall I am grateful for so much healthy content.

Apple TV user. It has been several weeks since I have been able to rewind a Pureflix show from our Apple TV. If you attempt to you will have to completely exit the show and go back in in order to resume playing. I am not sure how such a simple functionality can get missed in the development and QA lifecycle for an app version release unless there is not much of one. I love the content but please improve the dependability and especially the responsiveness to resolve such a basic issue.
